Delivery & Returns information for Retail sales


**Please note that our warehouse will be closed for Thanksgiving – order placed from tomorrow through Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday 28th**

We aim to deliver your order within 5 days of receiving it. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground service. Your shipping rate is calculated at check out based on your address and the size and weight of your shipment. If for any reason the shipping calculated is not appropriate for your order, we will contact you directly by email.

We will send you a Confirmation Notice via email when your order has been dispatched.

Some regions are outside of the standard shipping zones and the shipping rates given at checkout may not be accurate. If an additional shipping cost applies to your order we will contact you immediately to let you know.

Please note that we may not be able to process your order in full for any of the following reasons:

  • If the product you ordered is out of stock. In this instance we will contact you via email with a stock arrival date or you may choose to receive a refund on the out of stock item, or cancel your order entirely.
  • If we are unable to authorise your payment
  • If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to conditions that are beyond our control.

Returns Policy:

Bespoke Barware sells only quality items. Our ceramic ware is hand-made and some items may not look exactly as seen on our website – they may differ slightly in colour & size. This is completely normal for hand-made ceramic ware.

We take extra care in packing items as some are fragile, but if your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24hrs of receipt. Please include pictures of the damaged item(s) and the packaging and also your mobile number. We will arrange for the damaged item to be sent back to us & upon its arrival we will send you a direct replacement.
